MASSAGE Therapy
Pause, take a breath and get swept away into a blissful state of complete relaxation with a Hot Stone massage. Or experience pain relief with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release or Cupping.
Relaxation
Our Relaxation Massage is a gentle and soothing treatment designed to melt away stress and promote overall well-being. This therapeutic experience combines flowing strokes and light pressure to create a deeply calming effect on both the body and mind.
Deep Tissue
Our Deep Tissue Massage is designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow, deliberate strokes and concentrated pressure, this treatment effectively relieves chronic tension, pain, and tightness. Deep Tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. It can relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress relaxation for the body and mind.
Myofascial Release
During myofascial release therapy, the therapist applies light pressure by hand to find myofascial areas that feel stiff instead of elastic and movable. These stiff areas, or trigger points, are thought to limit muscle and joint movements, which can play a part in widespread muscle pain. Myofascial Release will safely and gently release the entire Myofascial complex for lasting results and authentic healing.
Trigger Point
Trigger Point Therapy is a focused treatment designed to relieve pain and tension in specific muscle areas known as trigger points. Using precise pressure and targeted techniques, this therapy aims to release tight knots and restore muscle function will assess your problem areas and apply concentrated pressure to effectively release trigger points. This specialized approach can help alleviate discomfort and improve overall well-being, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
Cupping
Cupping Therapy is a very effective method of releasing toxins from the body tissues with soft, high quality silicone cups. The cup creates a suction and it pulls the tissue up to draw impurities and toxins away from the nearby tissues.
Prenatal
Our Prenatal Massage is specifically designed for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters* This soothing treatment focuses on relieving the unique physical and emotional stresses of pregnancy. Using gentle techniques, our trained therapists help alleviate tension, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation. Enjoy a tranquil environment tailored for your comfort. Our therapists use pillows to ensure proper positioning and support, allowing you to fully relax during the session.
*Please Note: This service is available for clients who are at least 14 weeks along. Always consult your healthcare provider before scheduling a massage.
ADD ON: Hot Stone
Experience the ultimate in relaxation with our Hot Stone Massage. This therapeutic treatment combines the benefits of traditional massage with the soothing warmth of heated basalt stones. The stones are strategically placed on key points of the body and used to melt away tension and promote deep relaxation. Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere as the warmth of the stones penetrates deeply into your muscles, allowing for a more effective massage.
Deep Tissue
Our Deep Tissue Massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, providing relief from chronic pain and tension. This technique utilizes firm pressure and slow strokes to address specific areas of discomfort, helping to release tightness and promote healing.
